		<description><![CDATA[You&#039;re spot on about the mobiles! I worked for Motorolla when mobiles were intorduced in South Africa in 93.  They were first to market but brought over these clunky old sets that nobody wanted in the west. Hey, it&#039;s good enough for Africa, right? Those of us dispatched to SA kept telling them to send us the latest stuff but they would not believe there was a market with the disposable income to afford them. 

What happened? Nokia came in, assessed the market, brought out all the latest gadgets and took over more than 50% of the market! And it remains thus to this day!]]></description>
