European, I think you should revise your own history because it is pretty damn poor.

When the Serbs lost Kosovo in 1389 to the ottomans, Albanian homesteads there numbered 2% by census. That is hardly “Albanians has always been the majority in Kosova” as you claim. Only by the end of the 19th century after many Serbs had been driven out of Kosovo did the Albanians eventually form a majority for the first time. Their current majority is as a result of more Serb migrations after the war, influx of Albanians from Albania under Tito and Europes highest birth rate for decades. While nobody can excuse ethnic cleansing (which the Kosovo Albanians performed on Serbs in WW2 as well lest we forget), I can understand how Serbs feel pushed and manouvered out of their own historical homeland.

So lets play fair and stick to actual facts .

What in God’s name are you talkin about?! Albanians started to immigrate to Kosova after WW II ? Are you insane? Where did you read this beloni? Albanians has always been the majority in Kosova. Even when they were occupied and a part of the Ottomam Empire, they still were in majority. Albanians has the right to claim there independence because ever since Kosova was given away buy the turks to the serbs (1912), albanians in Kosova were never given any rights. They weren’t allowed to practise their religion or even speak there own language. They weren’t given any jobs and at any time they could be beaten up by the serbian police without any sort of qonsequences for the police. Recognize it ANGRY”AFRICAN”!? Seems familiar? Last time i checked this sort of apartheid existed in South Africa too. And what happend? Oh, yeah, you got your independcy. And there still were’t any genocides commited to their people just 8 years before they claimed their freedom. The people of Kosova (with a 90 percentage of Albanians) has all the rights in the world to claim independency over the peolpe who tried to ethnically cleanse them. Last time I checked, Polen got independent after the Nazis got their asses kicked. So once again, do your history lesson BEFORE commenting.

U r right Naledi, history should be studied before any conclusion. but unfortunately u give all the answers before anything is studied.

I think that before making any comments and conclusions, history of that region should be carefully studied.
Kosovo was not “grouped” as you have stated. It was mostly populated by Serbs until Albanians after WW2 started to illegally cross the border between Albania and that time Yugoslavia and with demographic strategy as well systematic pressure and threat to Serb population to move out of Kosovo they become majority and started claiming the territory. Ask yourself how would you feel in you have a guest at your house who is later on joined by his wife, than multiplied and after some time he kicks you out of your own house because you are outnumbered ??!!
