Yes, happy Boxing Day! :D

(And a belated Marry Christmas!)

I find that is actually *is* sometimes easier to celebrate Easter than Christmas. Because there is not so much Easter noise. So its easier to still your heart and focus on what is important.

Gift giving and parties and shiny celebratory bling are great. And I want to party about such important events as Jesus birth and his death - because of what they mean for us. And enjoying family and being generous and stuff, that is all really great too. But the shiny partying celbratory bling stuff can sometimes just become noise too!

MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your's :-) And a HAPPY BOXING DAY too -- cos in SA we celebrate Boxing Day too even if the Americans don't!

@Skuttles - Thanks boet! But the Pogues remains a classic!

@cooper - Thank you! Maybe we can hook up and play the Pogues together. Haha! Hope you can sing.

@Robert - Yep. I don't mind the buying of presents. What I do mind is buying for the sake of buying.

@Marlize - Thanks sis! And we are all a bit mixed so no worries.

@licia83 - Same to you! Hope you are having fun with the Kiwis. Until we beat them in rugby...

@sahlah - And to you! Maybe you have one awesome 2009.

@Keven Bennett - Thanks oom! I know you'll be back and saw it was hectic up there. Don't worry, things will change by January 20...
